How much is your hourly rate?

Do you take contingency cases?

  • We evaluate whether to accept matters on contingency on a case-by-case basis.

How do you handle retainers/client funds?

  • We typically require a retainer before establishing the attorney-client relationship. We set a retainer with the client, and all client funds are placed in a trust account regulated by the State Bar of Texas. We bill monthly against the retainer, and the client replinishes their retainer balance on a monthly basis.
